The copper gold sparkle poka dot birthday dress catches the light in a glitz of twinkle. Three beautiful layers make up this halter style double button neck dress. The first layer is a satin under layer with added crinoline netting for a full fluffy look. The second layer is the rich taffeta giving this dress its rich formal look. The top layer is a mesh over lay playfully decorated in dark cpper polka dots the sparkle and shine in when the light hits it. The sash is not removable, but the floral embellishment can be removed.
